What You’ll Do: ✅ Provide hands-on patient care, including splinting, casting, and injections. ✅ Develop and implement personalized pain management plans to help patients thrive. ✅ Perform physical exams and document patient history with attention to detail. ✅ Collaborate closely with surgeons for pre-operative and post-operative care. ✅ Follow up with patients to ensure optimal recovery and continued well-being. What We’re Looking For: ✔️ Open to new grads or experienced Physician Assistants. ✔️ A passion for surgical specialties and eagerness to grow within the practice. ✔️ Strong clinical skills, including performing physical exams and managing patient care. ✔️ Desire to work in a collaborative, team-oriented environment. ✔️ Excellent communication and organizational skills.
