Job OverviewWe are seeking a dedicated and skilled Physician Assistant to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of outpatient care. This role requires proficiency in data management but no need to be proficient with practice fusion EHR. This EHR is very user friendly and you can learn as you go. The Physician Assistant will work closely with patients, providing high-quality medical care while ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations. We work with motivated patients who want to use lifestyle modifications and vitamins to assist in their health. Our office only sees patients with PPO and Medicare. No HMO patients. The job is Monday through Friday from 8 to 5 with an hour for lunch but since we are an independent office we are flexible with work schedule and want our employees to maintain enough personal time to enjoy their lives. Employee happiness is important to us. We have remote RNs that assist with our notes and are virtual when we are seeing patients so you don’t need to do notes. No evenings/weekends/holidays.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop treatment plans based on clinical findings.
- Perform routine examinations and procedures, including administering dermal fillers when applicable.
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient care.
- Maintain accurate medical records using practicefusion.com, ensuring all data is managed in compliance with HIPAA standards.
- Educate patients and their families on health management, preventive care, and treatment options.
Requirements
- Current certification as a Physician Assistant with a valid state license.
- Strong data management skills, particularly with eClinicalWorks or similar electronic health record systems.
- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and commitment to maintaining patient confidentiality.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team environment.

Pay: $145,000.00 – $165,000.00 per year
