*Position Summary:*
The NP/PA will provide direct patient care, conduct assessments, manage follow-ups, and collaborate with the clinical team to ensure excellent patient outcomes. This role is ideal for someone seeking a stable position with the option of flexible hours.
*Responsibilities:*
* Perform patient assessments, evaluations, and ongoing clinical management
* Document patient encounters accurately in EMR
* Coordinate with supervising physician as needed
* Provide patient education and support care plans
* Maintain compliance with clinical protocols and regulatory standards
* Work collaboratively with clinic staff and leadership
*Qualifications:*
* Active Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) license in the state of California
* Clinical experience preferred (new grads welcome to apply)
* Strong communication and organizational skills
* Ability to work onsite in San Diego
* Reliable, professional, and team-oriented
