Job Title: Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant (Fluency in Spanish Preferred)

Job Description:As a NP/PA at Precision Health Center, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality healthcare services. Your responsibilities will include providing patient care, collaborating with the medical team, and ensuring adherence to healthcare standards. Fluency in Spanish is preferred to better serve our Spanish-speaking patients.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for patients.
  • Prescribe medications and treatments according to established protocols.
  • Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to deliver integrated care.
  • Educate patients and their families on healthcare issues and preventive measures.
  • Maintain accurate medical records and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care outcomes.
  • Engage with the Spanish-speaking community to understand their healthcare needs.

Requirements:

  • Bilingual required (English and Spanish).
  • Fluency in Spanish (spoken and written) preferred.
  • Master’s degree in Nursing (MSN) from an accredited institution.
  • Current Nurse Practitioner certification and state licensure.
  • 1 or 2 years of work experience as Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Dedication to delivering compassionate and patient-centered care.
  • Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
  • Knowledge of healthcare regulations and standards.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Per diem

Salary up to: $185,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
