Job Description:

As a Physician Assistant (PA/PA-C) at Precision Health Center, you will play a critical role in delivering comprehensive and compassionate healthcare. Working alongside a collaborative medical team, you will assess, diagnose, and treat patients while prioritizing patient-centered care. Fluency in Spanish is preferred to enhance communication with our diverse patient population.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations, including medical history reviews and physical exams.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
  • Diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions.
  • Prescribe medications and treatments in accordance with medical protocols.
  • Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary healthcare teams to provide integrated care.
  • Educate patients and families on health management and disease prevention.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records while ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes.
  • Engage with Spanish-speaking patients to ensure effective communication and culturally competent care.

Requirements:

  • Bilingual required (English and Spanish).
  • Fluency in Spanish (spoken and written) preferred.
  • Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant (PA) program.
  • CHDP Certified
  • Current NCCPA certification (PA-C) and valid state licensure.
  • Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in family practice or primary care.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and patient education skills.
  • Dedication to providing compassionate, patient-centered care.
  • Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, multidisciplinary team.
  • Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance standards.

Schedule & Compensation:

  • Employment Type: Full-time, Part-time, or Per-Diem positions available.
  • Pay Rate: $150,000/yr Plus Incentives
