Physician Assistant (PA) AND/OR Nurse Practitioner (NP) – Hospital Rounding
Besht Wellness is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physician Assistant (PA) or Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join our growing team. This role involves rounding at local hospital(s) in the Norwalk area providing high-quality care to patients in an acute care setting as their primary care provider.
Location: Huntington Park, CAComp:$150,000–$170,000 per year(DOE)Job type: Full time
Schedule: Sun, Mon, Tues with rotating Wednesdays.
Hours: 12 hour shifts-7 am-7 pm
Key Responsibilities
- Travel to designated hospital location(s) (reliable transportation required)
- Evaluate and manage patients in an inpatient/acute care environment
- Serve as the primary care provider for hospitalized patients
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and medical teams
- Utilize technology to document and manage patient care efficiently
Requirements
- Minimum 6 months of relevant experience
- Active and valid PA or NP license in the state of California
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Technologically proficient (EMR systems, mobile health tools, etc.)
- Reliable personal transportation
