Overview:We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Physician Assistant to join our Otolaryngology/Head and Neck Surgery clinical team. The ideal candidate will be highly motivated to learn the specialty, provide high-quality patient care, work effectively with other healthcare professionals, and be committed to our organization’s mission.
Duties:- Provide patient care under the supervision of a licensed physician in a clinic setting, including telehealth.- Conduct physical exams, take medical histories, and diagnose and treat patients with acute and chronic otolaryngologic illnesses.- Order and interpret diagnostic tests, including imaging studies and audiograms.- Perform minor office surgical procedures after appropriate training.- Utilize electronic medical records (EMRs) including NexGen to document patient care and manage patient data.- Practice infection control measures to ensure a safe environment for patients and staff.- Return patient phone calls and aid with pharmaceutical issues- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care and achieve optimal patient outcomes.- Stay current with ENT literature
Qualifications:- Current licensure as a Physician Assistant in the state of California.- No prior experience in ENT required.- Proficiency with use of EMR technology.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.-Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize patient care.

Pay: $55.00 – $65.00 per hour
