**Job Description:**
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Family Medicine and/or Urgent Care Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join our dedicated team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive medical care to patients of all ages, focusing on preventive care, diagnosis, and treatment of acute and chronic medical conditions. Fluent proficiency in Vietnamese or Spanish is a requirement, as it will help us serve our diverse patient population more effectively.
**Key Responsibilities:**
– Conduct comprehensive medical assessments and physical examinations.
– Diagnose and treat a wide range of acute and chronic medical conditions.
– Develop and implement treatment plans.
– Order and interpret diagnostic tests and screenings.
– Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated patient care.
– Educate patients on wellness, preventive care, and treatment options.
– Maintain accurate and up-to-date electronic medical records.
**Qualifications:**
– Current Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) license in the state of AZ.
– National certification as a Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA).
– Fluent proficiency in either Vietnamese or Spanish.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
– Dedication to providing compassionate and patient-centered care.
