We are a privately-owned Family Medicine practice located close to Abrazo Arrowhead Hospital in northwest Glendale, Arizona currently seeking a mid level provider to join our growing family. This is a full-time position in a non-corporate work environment. We offer competitive compensation, health insurance coverage, PTO, 401K and paid malpractice.
