Full Job Description
Omni Women’s Health Medical Group is a leading provider of women’s health care in the Fresno, CA area. We are seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our practice.
Major duties:
- Provide medical evaluation and treatment to patients within scope of license and established clinical guidelines
- Assess, teach, counsel and direct the health care needs of patients
- Conduct diagnostic and therapeutic procedures, order and schedule laboratory studies and prescribe appropriate interventions and medications
- Consults with and refers patients to physicians, medical specialists and other health professionals as indicated
- Document findings in the electronic medical record
- Review and respond to referrals from within and outside the clinic
- Maintain patient confidentiality
Qualifications:
- Graduation from an accredited program
- Current CA license
- Certification in CPR
