Great opportunity forUrgent Care + Occ Med Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner, in FREEMONT, CA
- Full Time Direct Hire
- $30K SIGN ON
- $10K bonus for shift differential
- Monthly and Quarterly Bonuses
- SHIFT: Mon/Fri: 5pm-12am, Tues-Thurs: 6pm-12am
- Great schedule for child care and flexibility
DUTIES:
- Diagnose and treat work-related injuries
- perform pre-placement, DOT, public safety, and surveillance physical examinations for varied private companies and governmental agencies.
- Treating both scheduled and walk-in work-related injuries and urgent care patients in an outpatient clinic setting.
QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS:
- Current state NP/PA license
- Board Certified
- Active DEA
- MUST be Certified Medical Examiner for DOT physicals prior to start date
- 2+ yrs of experience in Family Medicine, Urgent Care, Occupational Medicine or ER
