Job Description:We are seeking Nurse Practitioners (NP) or Physician Assistants (PA) to join our outpatient clinic team. This role will focus on GYN cases with some OB care, including in-person and video appointments. OB and GYN experience, especially in preventative care, is required.
Details:
- Coverage Dates: ASAP – 3 month with option to extend
- EMR: Health Connect (EPIC)
- Support: Full RN and LVN staff, supervising physician available
- Call: None
- Location: Kaiser Permanente – Fontana Medical Center
Schedules:
- Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Key Information:
- Call Schedule: No call required
- Patient Types: Scheduled 12-13 patients for morning 4 hours and afternoon 4 hours. Estimated 20-24 patients per day
- Patients per Day: Estimated 20-24 patients per day
- Support Staff: Full Support RN staff and LVN’s; Supervising Physician will be available.
Qualifications:
- Certifications Required: BLS, DEA
- Board Certification
- Active State License
