Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Physician Assistant to join our medical team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality patient care under the supervision of a licensed physician. This position offers the opportunity to work in various lines of service including disabilty evaluation and pain management. There is a role for Aesthetic medicine as well if interested.
Duties:
– Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop appropriate diagnosis– Assist in pain management procedures- Administer medications and injections as prescribed by the supervising physician- Provide patient education on preventive healthcare measures and treatment options- Document patient information accurately in electronic health records (EHR) systems like Kareo (Tebra)
Skills:
– Strong background in MSK/neuro medicine and general medicine- Knowledge of pain management guidelines and protocols- Familiarity with EHR systems such as Kareo (Tebra)
-Administration of Botox, Morpheus8 microneedling
This position offers a competitive salary as an independent contractor (1099). The successful candidate must hold a valid Physician Assistant license and be certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA). Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced medical environment are essential for this role.
