What You’ll Do (AKA your wellness superhero duties) As our NP, you’ll provide high-impact clinical care while helping the clinic run smoothly day to day, blending medicine, movement, and meaningful connection in a collaborative, forward-thinking environment. You’ll:

• Provide same-day and scheduled acute care visits using a root-cause, whole-person approach, with time to truly connect (you’ll typically see no more than 6 patients a day)
• Work with a vibrant, wellness-motivated patient population, primarily high-functioning adults ages 20 to 60, seeking proactive, personalized care
• Use advanced diagnostics and functional testing to create personalized treatment plans and perform procedures like IV therapy, blood draws, and lab interpretation
• Support patient coordination by triaging messages, handling refills, and ensuring clear communication
• Collaborate closely with physicians, health coaches, and care teams to optimize outcomes and patient experience
• Keep the magic flowing by helping with workflows, scheduling, onboarding, and light leadership tasks that make the clinic feel smooth, seamless, and downright joyful

What You’ll Treat You’ll support patients across a wide spectrum of proactive, whole-person care, from hormone balance and gut health to cardiometabolic support, autoimmune conditions, longevity, and more. This is medicine that helps people thrive, not just stay stable. You’ll collaborate closely with a dynamic team of specialists, including integrative doctors, health coaches, physical therapists, acupuncturists, dietitians, mental health providers, and fitness pros, all working together to help patients feel their best, inside and out. Who we’re looking for

• A licensed NP (FNP, ANP, or equivalent in CA) with 2+ years of experience in integrative and/or functional medicine
• Highly skilled in IV therapy, phlebotomy, physical assessments, and lab interpretation
• A true believer in food as medicine, prevention as power, and healing as a lifestyle
• You’re comfortable with EMRs (Athena preferred), working in a fast-paced setting, and explaining health in a way patients understand
