Position: Physician Assistant (PA) – Psychiatry
Accumen Healthcare- A growing practice looking for people to grow with us!
Spanish speaking a plus but not required.
Responsibilities:
– Travel to assigned facility locations and/or our main office as needed (reliable transportation required).
– Conduct patient visits either in-office or through telemedicine.
– Serve as the primary psychiatry provider, evaluating and managing psychiatric medications and treatment plans.
– Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
– Complete necessary documentation in our simple, streamlined note-taking system.
– Maintain efficiency in our fast-paced clinical environment.
Requirements:
– Valid PA License – Must be licensed in the state and in good standing.
– Psychiatry Experience – Previous experience in psychiatry is highly preferred.
– Strong Interpersonal Skills – Positive attitude, empathetic patient approach, and excellent communication skills.
– Tech Savviness – Ability to navigate telemedicine platforms and electronic health records efficiently.
Preferred Qualities:
– A passion for mental health and providing patient-centered care.
– Ability to adapt to diverse patient needs and practice environments.
