As an Advanced Practice Clinician at CareATC, you’ll care for patients aged 2+, providing evidence-based care and guiding individuals toward better management of chronic conditions. You’ll play a key role in early intervention, preventative care, and ongoing health education—all while enjoying predictable hours and a workplace where your contributions matter.

Schedule: 4 days per week (Monday–Friday clinic hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM)

Position Type: Full-time
What You’ll Do:
- Deliver comprehensive, patient-centered care across the lifespan (ages 2+), focused on prevention, wellness, and chronic disease management.
- Provide both in-person and virtual care, as appropriate, to maximize accessibility and support
- Collaborate with physicians, medical assistants, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure continuity and quality of care.
- Prescribe appropriate medications and treatments, and help patients develop realistic health goals and action plans.
- Promote a wellness-based approach by addressing lifestyle factors, early interventions, and long-term health strategies.
- Participate in clinic operations and contribute to a culture of quality, service, and collaboration.
What You’ll Bring to the Team:
- Active and unrestricted Nurse Practitioner (FNP) or Physician Assistant (PA-C) license in the state of practice
- Board certification (FNP or PA-C)
- Bilingual in Spanish (required)
- DEA registration
- 2+ years of clinical experience in a primary care setting preferred
- Experience treating patients ages 2+
- Ability to pass onsite credentialing
- Familiarity with HIPAA standards and a commitment to patient confidentiality
