Skills:– Strong clinical knowledge and expertise in the field of nursing practice.- Proficiency in utilizing electronic medical record systems (Practice Fusion preferable)- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and healthcare team members.- Ability to assess and prioritize patient needs in a fast-paced environment.- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills to make informed clinical decisions.- Attention to detail to ensure accurate documentation and adherence to standards.
