Overview
We are an Urgent Care and Primary Care practice seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physician Assistant to join our medical team. As a Physician Assistant, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care. Our ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in medical knowledge, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to patient-centered care.
Responsibilities:
– Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to diagnose and treat patients with a range of medical conditions.- Conduct patient exams, order diagnostic tests, and interpret results to develop effective treatment plans.- Provide health coaching to patients, focusing on prevention and wellness
– Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
-Treat minor injuries, by suturing, minor I&D.
Requirements:
– Master’s degree in Physician Assistant Studies or a related field.- Current certification as a Physician Assistant (PA-C) or the ability to obtain certification within a reasonable timeframe.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.- Commitment to providing patient-centered care and a willingness to continuously improve patient outcomes.
