Position Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Physician Assistant (PA-C) to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate has experience in surgical, dermatologic, or aesthetic medicine settings, is passionate about patient care, and thrives in a collaborative, high-end clinical environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and physical exams.
- Develop and implement treatment plans in collaboration with the plastic surgeon.
- Provide preoperative and postoperative care, including suture removal, dressing changes, wound checks, and follow-ups.
- Assist in in-office procedures, including but not limited to: injectables, minor excisions, laser treatments, microneedling, regenerative and PRP therapy.
- Educate patients on treatment options, postoperative instructions, skincare regimens, and recovery expectations.
- Document patient encounters thoroughly and accurately in the EMR system.
- Participate in regenerative medicine therapies, including PRP, exosome treatments, hormone replacement therapy, weight loss, and fat transfer adjuncts.
- Monitor patients for complications and address concerns quickly and professionally.
- Maintain strict patient confidentiality and comply with HIPAA standards.
- Contribute to patient satisfaction and practice growth through excellence in care and communication
Qualifications
- Active and unrestricted license as a PA-C in California.
- Board certification
- Minimum 2 years of experience in plastic surgery, dermatology, aesthetics, or a related surgical specialty (preferred).
- Experience or interest in regenerative medicine treatments strongly desired.
- Current BLS and ACLS certification.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a professional bedside manner.
- Proficient in clinical documentation.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
