Job OverviewWe are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Entry Level Aesthetics Physician Assistant (PA) to join our dynamic aesthetic medicine team in Corona, CA. Aesthetics experience is not required. We will train you for lasers, microneedling, and other modalities. Botox and fillers training to start 6 months after probation period.
Responsibilities
- Assist licensed physicians with administering botulinum toxin treatments, dermal fillers, and other aesthetic procedures using aseptic technique and proper injection techniques.
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, including vital signs, medical history intake, and physical examinations to determine suitability for aesthetic treatments.
- Prepare treatment areas, ensure patient comfort, and educate patients on post-procedure care and expectations.
- Maintain accurate medical records, document procedures performed, and ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations to protect patient confidentiality.
- Support clinic operations by managing patient data collection, scheduling appointments, and coordinating follow-up care.
- Assist with clinical research studies related to aesthetic medicine, including data collection, analysis, and reporting outcomes.
- Follow all safety protocols related to infection control, sterile technique, and emergency response procedures such as airway management and basic life support.
Qualifications
- Current Physician Assistant (PA) license or certification with eligibility to practice in California
- Prior experience administering injections or performing physical examinations is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
- Knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, physiology, and diagnostic evaluation techniques relevant to aesthetic medicine.
- Strong understanding of HIPAA regulations and commitment to maintaining patient confidentiality.
- Excellent communication skills for patient education and team collaboration.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
