Role Description:
This is a full-time, on-site role for allied health practitioners, including Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP), Physician Assistant (PA), and Nurse Practitioner (NP or APRN). As an allied health practitioner, you will be responsible for providing patient care, conducting physical exams, interpreting diagnostic tests, and developing treatment plans independently or in collaboration with physicians. This is a great opportunity for individual(s) seeking long-term employment in the Northern Sacramento area. New graduates are welcome! This is a great opportunity for professional growth.
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate(s) will have the following:
- Experienced with direct patient care, physical examination, and diagnostic test interpretation.
- Able to develop treatment plans alone and in collaboration with colleagues.
- Strong, patient-centric communication and interpersonal skills.
- Thrive in a fast-paced medical environment.
- Proficient in using EMR/EHR programs. Experience with Office Ally is a big plus.
- Active allied practitioner license and active DEA license in the state of California – DNP, PA, NP or APRN.
- Ability to speak a second language is a plus (Spanish, Russian, Ukrainian…).
Compensation:
The starting salary is $130,000 and is negotiable, depending on credentials and experience. We also offer a competitive benefit package that includes health insurance, retirement savings, and life insurance.
