The Mark Men’s Health is expanding, and we are looking for a Physician Assistant (PA-C) / Nurse Practitioner (NP) to lead our Pasadena clinic. This is more than a clinical role—it’s an opportunity to lead, innovate, and redefine how men approach aging and wellness through Testosterone Replacement Therapy (TRT) and weight loss solutions. Onboarding and training will take place at our Chino Hills location as we prepare for Pasadena’s expected opening in May.

Your Role: Lead the Charge in Men’s Health
As Clinic Director, you will be at the forefront of our mission, combining clinical excellence with business leadership to drive growth, patient outcomes, and team success.
You will:
- Provide expert care in TRT, weight management, erectile dysfunction, and anti-aging therapies.
- Ensure clinical excellence with personalized, evidence-based treatment plans that prioritize safety, compliance, and results.
- Lead and mentor a team of providers, creating a collaborative, patient-first culture.
- Drive growth by expanding patient outreach, optimizing clinic operations, and building The Mark Men’s Health into a recognized leader in TRT.
- Educate and advocate for TRT and men’s health, helping to break down stigma and increase awareness.
- Stay ahead of innovation by keeping up with cutting-edge research in hormone optimization and men’s health.
What You Bring
- Licensed Physician Assistant (PA-C) / Nurse Practitioner in California and in good standing.
- DEA License and ready to practice at the highest level.
- Passion for men’s health and longevity medicine with a commitment to education, advocacy, and cutting-edge care.
- Leadership mindset with a drive to mentor, lead teams, and build a high-performance clinic.
- Strategic problem-solving skills to optimize operations and implement long-term growth strategies.
- Integrity and collaboration with a strong commitment to ethical, patient-first care.
Preferred but not required: Experience in men’s health, endocrinology, urology, or family medicine. Prior leadership or business experience is a plus.

Salary
$124,800 – $145,600 per year
