Job Overview: We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Nurse Practitioner to join our healthcare team. As a Nurse Practitioner, you will provide comprehensive patient care, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment. You will collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality care to our patients. Duties: – Conduct patient assessments, including medical history review, physical examinations, and diagnostic tests – Diagnose and treat acute and chronic illnesses and injuries – Develop and implement treatment plans in collaboration with physicians – Prescribe medications and order diagnostic tests as needed – Provide patient education on disease prevention, treatment options, and healthy lifestyle choices – Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary – Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records Experience: – Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Nurse Practitioner in a clinical setting – Strong knowledge of anatomy and physiology – Proficiency in conducting patient assessments, including vital signs monitoring – Experience with medical imaging interpretation and cardiac catheterization procedures – Familiarity with ICD-9 coding system for accurate documentation – Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, in an the office setting enviroment – Experience with PAIN MANAGEMENT is a plus Requirements: – Valid Nurse Practitioner license in CA – Master’s degree in Nursing from an accredited program – Current CPR certification – Excellent communication and interpersonal skills We offer competitive compensation packages and benefits for our employees.
