Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and motivated Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in bioidentical hormone therapy, hormone pellet therapy, and regenerative medicine techniques such as PRP and joint injections. Additional expertise in allergy skin testing and immunotherapy is a significant plus. We have part-time and full-time positions. Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive patient consultations and physical exams.
• Prescribe and manage bioidentical hormone replacement therapy (BHRT), including hormone pellet therapy.
• Perform joint injections using hyaluronic acid (HA) and Platelet-Rich Plasma (PRP).
• Administer allergy skin testing and manage immunotherapy protocols (if trained).
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop personalized treatment plans.
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records.
• Provide patient education on wellness and integrative medicine therapies.
• Must already be enrolled as a provider with major insurance companies.

Qualifications:

• Licensure: Valid Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) license in California.
• Education: Master’s or Doctorate degree in Nursing or Physician Assistant Studies.
• Experience:
  • Previous training or certification in bioidentical hormone therapy (e.g., EvexiPEL, BioTE, or WorldLink Medical).
  • Competence in hormone pellet therapy (preferred).
  • Experience in PRP therapy and joint injections.
  • Proficiency in allergy testing and immunotherapy (preferred but not required).
• Insurance Credentialing: Must be enrolled or eligible to enroll with major insurance providers.
