OverviewMedical Clinic Assistant Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of our operations. You’ll collaborate closely with medical team to drive productivity, enhance processes, and foster a dynamic team environment. What you’ll do
- Provide the overall patient experience including but not limited to front and back office duties
- Schedule patients for upcoming appointments
- Coordinate continue of care for patients needing referrals to specialists
- Educate patients on different service lines like Primary and Aesthetics
- Assist in overseeing daily operations, ensuring all processes run smoothly and efficiently
- Collaborate with team members to implement operational strategies that enhance productivity
- Monitor performance metrics and identify areas for improvement
- Support training and development initiatives for staff to promote skill enhancement
- Facilitate communication between departments to ensure alignment on goals and objectives
- Assist in managing inventory levels, ensuring optimal stock availability
- Participate in problem-solving efforts to address operational challenges promptly
- Prepare reports on operational performance for management review
Basic qualifications
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Bilingual English/Spanish Fluent
- Medical Assistant or Vocational Nurse with Phlebotomy experience
Preferred qualifications
- Experience in operations management or a related field
- Proficiency in data analysis and performance metrics tracking
- Familiarity with inventory management systems and software
- Leadership experience with a focus on team development
- Medical Assistant/ Phlebotomist
- Bilingual English and Spanish -Fluent
