Job Title: Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant

Position Summary:
This independent Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) role focuses on quality care and leadership within a dynamic occupational medicine team. You’ll educate staff, support back-office operations, and positively impact patients’ lives daily.
Responsibilities:
- Provide patient care in accordance with medical practice standards.
- Ensure compliance with licensing, certification, and state regulations.
- Complete medical documentation promptly.
- Collaborate with the Medical Director to maintain high care standards.
- Foster relationships with clients and payers, ensuring timely responses.
- Manage clinical systems for optimal documentation and coding.
- Support a collaborative, professional, and safe work environment.
Note: Responsibilities may change based on operational needs.
Requirements:
- Graduate of an accredited PA or NP program with an unrestricted PA/NP license in the state where employed.
- Licensure requirements of the state of jurisdiction.
- BLS and AED Certified; ACLS Certified preferred.
- NRCME Certified (DOT Medical Examiner).
- DEA required.

Pay: $150,000.00 – $170,000.00 per year
