Introduction
WoVets LLC is seeking qualified physicians, nurse practitioners or physician assistants to join our provider network as an independent contractor to perform general medical disability examinations for Veterans. The provider could do up to three days a week. Rates are set by half day (5 hours) or a full day (up to 10 hours). There are not any hourly rates. However, we are hiring multiple providers to fill the needed 5.5 days per week. There is a significant volume. We provide the supervising physician and malpractice insurance that can only be used for work with our company.

Your Role as a Provider
As a clinician, you are an expert in the assessment, evaluation, and diagnosis of health conditions for your patients. As an independent contractor with WoVets LLC, you apply your clinical expertise in the evaluation and diagnosis of medical and psychiatric conditions to support a Veteran’s disability claim. As a certified medical disability examiner, you gather and synthesize clinical evidence through medical and military record review, diagnostic testing, interviews with Veterans, and face-to-face examinations. You develop a medical opinion of likelihood that the Veteran’s condition is related to their military service. The timely and expert examination assures that a Veteran’s claim is heard and dutifully processed by Veterans Benefits Administration.

Exam Request Received > Testing and Exam Schedule > Provider Reviews Records > Veteran Exam Completion > Report Reviewed and Submitted
Qualifications
- Master’s (Required) in Nursing
- An active and unrestricted license in the state in which exams are performed.
- Board eligible or board certified
- 2 years of nursing practice experience (preferred)
