We are a dynamic and patient-centered clinic focused on providing innovative and evidence-based treatments for individuals dealing with mood disorders and treatment-resistant depression. As part of our integrative approach, we are seeking a qualified Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant with at least 3 years of family medicine or urgent care experienceto join our collaborative care team.
Position Overview:
The Provider will be responsible for evaluating and managing patients receiving Spravato treatment, ensuring medical appropriateness, overseeing administration, and collaborating closely with our psychiatric providers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough patient evaluations and clearances for Spravato therapy
- Monitor patients during and after administration of Spravato
- Collaborate with psychiatric team members on treatment planning and patient progress
- Document all encounters and monitor treatment outcomes in accordance with clinic protocols and state/federal guidelines
- Ensure safety protocols and REMS compliance are followed
- Other job related duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Board-certified FNP or PA
- Active, unrestricted NP or PA license in California
- At least 3 years of family medicine or urgent care experience (no psychiatric experience necessary)
- Interest in psychiatric care or ketamine/Spravato treatment preferred
- Comfortable working in a multidisciplinary environment
- Compassionate, patient-focused, and strong communication skills
