Are you a dedicated Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant with a passion for providing compassionate, comprehensive patient care? What You’ll Do
- Conduct thorough medical assessments, examinations and diagnosis, and develop appropriate evidence-based treatment plans for a variety of illnesses and injuries
- Order and interpret diagnostic tests, such as x-rays, EKGs, and laboratory tests
- Perform common urgent care procedures, such as I&Ds and wound closures
- Provide comprehensive occupational health services, including diagnosing and treating work-related injuries and illnesses, drug and alcohol screenings, and physical examinations for employment
- Communicate effectively and collaborate with a supportive healthcare team to ensure efficient workflow and top-notch personalized patient care
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation in our EMR system and complete necessary paperwork related to workers’ compensation claims and occupational health services
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in urgent care, emergency medicine, or occupational medicine preferred
- Strong diagnostic, clinical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a professional, positive demeanor
- A warm, empathetic communication style and a genuine passion for patient care
- Ability to work independently and thrive in a collaborative, dynamic environment
Licenses and Certifications You Have
- California Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant License
- Board Certification
- DEA Registration
- BLS (required), ALCS and PALS (preferred)
- DOT Certification a huge plus (required within 60 days)
Pay Range: $70 – $85 per hour, commensurate with applicable experience
