Physical Therapist — AI Scribe Powered $95K–$113K Westlake Village
Pay: $95,000 – $113,000 per year Location: Westlake Village, CA (in-person) Schedule: Full-time

You’ll be mentored, not managed. You’ll train directly in the ARC Progression, a manual therapy and exercise progression methodology developed over 20 years by our owner, Dr. Stephen Clark, PT, DPT, OCS, MBA. Monthly mentorship meetings with the full clinical team.

What you bring
- Active California PT license in good standing
- Current CPR certification
- Strong manual therapy skills and clinical reasoning
- Comfort supervising PTAs and aides
- An interest in mastering the ARC Progression
- Energy, warmth, and a team-first mindset
