Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Nurse Practitioner to provide Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT) services as an independent contractor. This is an excellent opportunity for a provider who values autonomy while working within a collaborative and well-supported setting.
Clinical Oversight & Compliance:
- A Medical Director is in place to provide clinical oversight and support in accordance with California regulations
- Independent contractors are required to carry their own active malpractice insurance
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations for hormone optimization
- Order and interpret labs related to hormone health
- Develop and manage individualized HRT treatment plans
- Educate patients on risks, benefits, and lifestyle factors
- Monitor progress and adjust therapies appropriately
- Maintain accurate and compliant medical records
Qualifications:
- Active California Nurse Practitioner license
- Board certification (FNP, AGNP, or related)
- Experience in HRT preferred (training available for the right candidate)
- Strong clinical and communication skills
- Passion for wellness, preventative care, and patient-centered treatment

Pay: $70,368.02 – $84,744.28 per year
