The best candidate for this position:
- is bilingual in Spanish with strong customer service skills
- has previous successful experience working in a clinic/healthcare environment (preferably front office experience or call center experience)
- Medical Assistant experience is a plus
- Knowledge of EMR systems is a plus
This is a full time position with a schedule of Monday – Friday 8:00am-5:00pm (occasional Saturday morning hours 8am-12pm may be required).
The Hurtt Family Health Clinic is looking for full-time Patient Services Representatives to provide daily front office, insurance eligibility, and intake support services for Hurtt Family Health Clinic patients. This position is full-time with a schedule of Monday through Friday 8am to 5pm and located on-site in Tustin/Santa Ana.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Bilingual. Fluent in Spanish to English (medical terminology preferred)
- 6 months – 1 year of medical front office experience OR any combination of education and work experience to make an equivalency. Community Clinic setting experience is preferred but not required. Medical Assistant experience a plus
- Ability to receive instruction and multi-task while working in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in data entry and computer programs in Microsoft Windows and Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Internet Explorer).
- A pleasant personality to people you are speaking to on the telephone, visitors, and company personnel.
- A positive, patient, and professional demeanor at all times to coworkers and patients and a dependable, self-motivated, and proactive team player
- Regular timely attendance on the job
The Hurtt Family Health Clinic is a local community health clinic organization that provides medical, dental, vision, chiropractic, acupuncture, and behavioral health services to low-income patients in Orange County, California.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $22.50 per hour
