The Opportunity

Position: Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
Location: White Blossom Care Center — San Jose, CA
Program: Stable, In-House Therapy

Compensation (DOE):

• Clinical Fellowship (CFY): Starting at $45/hour (Full-Time)

• Full-Time SLP (CCC-SLP): Starting at $50/hour

• PRN SLP: Starting at $55/hour

Availability: Full-Time, Part-Time, and PRN options available

Your Impact & Responsibilities

• Comprehensive Evaluations: Assess and treat speech, language, cognitive, voice, and swallowing disorders

• Individualized Care: Develop and implement creative, effective care plans

• Clinical Documentation: Maintain accurate and compliant records

• Team Collaboration: Partner with nursing, dietary, and therapy staff, especially for dysphagia management

• Education: Provide training and guidance to residents, families, and staff

Qualifications

• Education: Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology

• Licensure: Active California SLP license

• Certification: CCC-SLP preferred

• CFY Candidates: Welcome to apply (supervision available)

• Experience: SNF experience preferred

• Skills: Strong clinical judgment and communication
