Physician Assistant – Pain Management & Urology Experience

Location: San Diego Position Type: Part time/Full-Time Compensation: $160,000 – $200,000+ (Base + Production + Bonuses)

We are actively recruiting a top-performing Physician Assistant with and Urology experience who wants more than just a job — this is a career-building opportunity in a rapidly expanding interventional pain practice.
If you are confident in neuromodulation, comfortable managing complex pelvic pain and urologic conditions, and motivated by production-based earnings, this position offers exceptional upside.
This is not an entry-level role. We are looking for a skilled, independent clinician who can contribute immediately.
Compensation Designed for High Performers
- Strong Guaranteed Base Salary: $160,000 – $180,000 (DOE)
- Aggressive Productivity Bonus Structure
- Procedure-Based Incentive Pay (InterStim trials & implants)

What You’ll Be Doing
Advanced Clinical Management
- Evaluate and manage chronic pain and pelvic pain patients
- Diagnose and treat overactive bladder, urinary retention, IC, and complex urologic conditions
- Independently manage follow-ups and treatment plans
- Medication management within evidence-based guidelines
InterStim & Neuromodulation Leadership
- Evaluate candidates for sacral neuromodulation
- Perform or assist with InterStim trials and permanent implants
- Device programming and troubleshooting
- Build and expand the neuromodulation service line
Interventional Collaboration
- Work alongside interventional pain physicians
- Assist in advanced procedures as needed
- Participate in practice growth and service expansion
Who We Want
- PA-C with active license and DEA
- 2+ years experience in Pain Management or Urology
- Direct InterStim experience REQUIRED
- Comfortable in a procedural environment
- Strong clinical confidence and decision-making ability
- Growth mindset and production-driven attitude
