Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our Access Urology team. In this vital role, you will provide comprehensive urological care, perform clinical assessments, and assist in advanced procedures to improve patient outcomes. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where your expertise directly impacts patient health and quality of life. You will collaborate closely with healthcare professionals across specialties, utilizing your broad skill set to deliver exceptional patient care in both outpatient and inpatient settings. You will work with with board certified urologic surgeons and have independence to practice once trained. As an independent provider, you have have the freedom to manage patients while having oversight from surgeons and physicians.
Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough patient assessments, including history taking, physical examinations, and vital signs monitoring.
- Manage medical documentation
- Provide patient education on disease management, post-procedure care, and health coaching strategies to promote wellness.
Skills
- Proficiency with EMR/EHR systems including Epic and ElationEMR
- Experience with botulinum toxin treatment, dermal fillers, and esthetic laser treatments.
- Strong work ethics
- Willingness to lear and adapt
- Second language in addition to English fluency preferred: Mandarin, Vietnamese, Korean, and/or Spanish
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team while adhering to collaborative practice agreements and Workers’ Compensation law where applicable.

Pay: $150,000.00 – $250,000.00 per year
