Duties
- Greet patients warmly and verify their appointment details to ensure accurate scheduling.
- Manage patient records with precision, updating information and maintaining confidentiality at all times.
- Coordinate appointment scheduling, rescheduling, and follow-up visits to optimize provider availability.
- Assist patients with completing necessary forms and provide clear explanations of procedures or instructions.
- Communicate effectively with healthcare providers regarding patient needs, test results, or treatment plans.
- Handle incoming calls promptly, addressing inquiries or directing calls to appropriate staff members.
- Support medical administrative tasks such as insurance verification, billing support, and document management.
Experience
- Prior experience working in a medical office environment is highly preferred.
- Familiarity with medical terminology to accurately interpret patient information and provider instructions.
- Demonstrated ability to support medical administrative functions efficiently and professionally.
- Office experience that showcases strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Experience in a dental office setting is a plus but not required; relevant healthcare experience is valued. Pay: $30.00 – $40.00 per hour

- EKG: 2 years (Required)
