Full Job Description
Earn up to $37/hour + up to $17,500/year in performance bonuses. Work with kids. Actually love your job.
We’re Whole Child Therapy (WCT), a therapist-owned pediatric practice in the Inland Empire where clinicians thrive and kids make real progress. We started in a 700-square-foot Claremont space in 2018. Today, we’re 65+ professionals delivering 700+ weekly sessions across two clinics and school partnerships. We grew because our therapists stay. You’ll see why.
Why SLPAs Love Working Here
- Real mentorship. You’ll work alongside SLP’s who want you to grow, not just sign your notes.
- Specialty exposure. Rotate through feeding therapy, AAC/assistive technology, and our Social Stories™ Program. Build a skillset most SLPAs never get near.

- Clinical ladder. A defined path to advance, with pay bumps to match.
- Get paid even when they don’t show. Cancellations and no-shows are paid at your full rate.

About Whole Child Therapy
Whole Child Therapy was founded by husband-and-wife occupational therapists Dennis and Ina Necesito with one promise: every family gets the same holistic, effective, caring therapy we’d want for our own children. That promise built a practice where clinicians are respected, kids are seen as whole people (not symptom checklists), and growth for both patients and therapists is the default.
We offer pediatric OT, speech therapy, feeding therapy, assistive technology, AAC services, and social skills programs across two Inland Empire clinics and school partnerships throughout the region.
Requirements:
What We’re Looking For
- Active California Speech Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) license
- Genuine love for working with kids
- Strong communication skills with families, colleagues, and supervising OTRs
- Organization and time-management chops to juggle a caseload and keep documentation current
- Adaptability. Kids are unpredictable. You roll with it.
- Pediatric experience preferred, not required
