ABOUT THE ROLE
The ideal candidate is a licensed Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in California with at least two years of injectable experience. They have a strong understanding of facial anatomy and aesthetics and a talent for achieving natural, balanced results.
They are professional, polished, and confident, able to communicate clearly and build trust while guiding patients through individualized treatment plans. Self-motivated and driven, they embrace ongoing learning, mentorship, and professional development, consistently delivering excellence in both patient care and outcomes.

We are an established luxury medical aesthetics practice in Oakland, where patient transformation and natural refinement are at the heart of everything we do. We are seeking an experienced aesthetic provider ( RN/NP/PA) to deliver exceptional results and grow within a collaborative, high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities
- Performing cosmetic injectables, device-based, and advanced aesthetic treatments (must meet all aesthetic injector requirements)
- Perform full facial assessments and provide personalized recommendations as a certified aesthetic injector or certified aesthetic nurse injector
- Build and maintain a loyal client base while growing as a trusted nurse aesthetic injector or RN aesthetic injector
- Educate clients on pre- and post-treatment care instructions, potential side effects, and expected outcomes, ensuring they have a clear understanding of the procedure
- Collaborate closely with medical providers to deliver an exceptional patient journey
Qualification
- Licensed Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) in California (np jobs and pa jobs applicants welcome)
- Minimum of 2 years’ injecting experience preferred (aesthetic injector requirements)
- Minimum of 2 years with Energy based devices. BBL/MOXI/ RF MIcroneedling exerience preferred.
- Strong understanding of facial anatomy and aesthetics, with a focus on harmony and natural results
- Professional, polished, and confident in patient communication and care
- Self-motivated with a commitment to excellence and ongoing learning
Preferred Qualifications
1. Phlebotomy skills: ability to draw blood and start IVs
2.Social media savvy with hands-on experience managing professional or practice accounts

SCHEDULE
14- 20 hours per week to start with flexibility based on mutual preference. Strong potential to grow into a full-time position. Availability 1-2 weekend days a month is strongly preferred.
