Allied Psychiatry & Mental Health is seeking a Nurse Practitioner (NP-C) or Physician Assistant (PA-C) to join our outpatient psychiatric practice in Newport Beach, California.
We are looking for a motivated and compassionate provider who is interested in psychiatry and comfortable working in a collaborative, team-oriented environment. This position offers flexible scheduling, no evening or weekend shifts, and direct physician support and training.
About the Position
The NP or PA will primarily provide psychiatric evaluations, follow-up care, and medication management for adults, adolescents, and children in an outpatient setting.
Our practice focuses on psychiatric evaluation and medication management and also offers advanced treatments, including TMS, Spravato (esketamine), and IV ketamine.
A unique benefit of this position is the opportunity to receive direct training and clinical supervision from Hadi Estakhri, MD (Dr. E). This is an excellent opportunity for providers with psychiatric experience, as well as motivated candidates who want to further develop their skills in psychiatric medication management.

Qualifications
- Active California Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license
- NP-C or PA-C certification
- Interest or experience in psychiatry and behavioral health
- Comfortable with psychiatric evaluations and medication management
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- Professional, reliable, and team-oriented
Psychiatric experience is preferred but not required. Training and support will be provided for the right candidate.
