Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) – Primary CareFull-Time | National City, CA
A well-established, mission-driven community health center in San Diego County is seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner to join its National City clinic. This organization has been serving diverse and underserved populations for over 50 years and is nationally recognized for clinical quality and patient care.
Position Overview:
- Provide comprehensive primary care across the lifespan
- Diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions
- Order and interpret diagnostic tests
- Prescribe medications and develop treatment plans
- Emphasize preventive care, patient education, and community health
- Work collaboratively with the Medical Director and care team
Requirements:
- Active California RN license and FNP certification
- Master’s degree in Nursing
- DEA and BLS certifications required
- 1+ year of primary care or family practice experience preferred
- Bilingual Tagalog/English required
- Strong clinical, communication, and cultural competency skills

Compensation & Benefits:
- $145,000-$185,000
