Job OverviewWe are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Nurse Practitioner to join our healthcare team. This role involves working with diverse patient populations up to 21 years of age. The Nurse Practitioner will be responsible for conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Duties
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and physical examinations.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs.
- Perform medical documentation accurately and efficiently.
- Administer Durable Medical Equipment (DME) as necessary.
- Provide care for toddlers, ensuring age-appropriate assessments and treatments.
- Monitor vital signs and maintain accurate medical records for all patients.
Qualifications
- Valid Nurse Practitioner license in California.
- Proficient in medical documentation practices.
- Strong ability to assess vital signs and maintain thorough medical records.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on patient education.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to enhance patient care.
