The Role
As Client Experience Manager at Health Optimizing Malibu, you will own the client experience from first contact through treatment completion. This is a relationship-driven role – you are the person who makes every client feel welcomed, informed, and cared for throughout their time with us.
This is not a traditional medical or administrative role. We are looking for people with the warmth and energy of a great personal trainer, the professionalism of a high-end concierge, and a genuine passion for health and wellness.
You do not need a medical background. You do need to be great with people, a fast learner, and comfortable working in a clinical wellness environment.
Key Responsibilities
– Serve as the primary point of contact for clients from initial inquiry through treatment completion
– Welcome clients, explain our process, and make them comfortable throughout their visit
– Coordinate scheduling for assessments, treatments, and follow-up sessions
– Communicate with practitioners about client needs, progress, and logistics
– Handle invoicing, payment coordination, and basic administrative tasks
– Follow up with clients after visits to check in and schedule next steps
– Learn our health technologies and be able to explain them clearly to clients
Requirements
– Strong interpersonal skills – you build trust and rapport naturally
– Warm, professional, and confident communicating with high-net-worth individuals
– A fast learner who is excited to understand new health technologies
– Organized and dependable – clients and practitioners can count on you
– Comfortable in a small, fast-moving team where you wear multiple hats
Preferred Backgrounds (not required)
– Personal training (NASM, ACE, ACSM, or similar certification)
– Physical therapy or PT assistant experience
– Wellness or health coaching
– Boutique fitness instruction (yoga, Pilates, cycling)
– High-end hospitality, concierge, or client services
Details
– Full-time, on-site in Malibu
– $40-50/hour depending on experience
– Start date: as soon as possible
– Training provided on all health technologies and clinic systems
Pay: $40.00 – $50.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40.0 per week
