Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced and patient-focused Physician Assistant to join our growing fertility practice on a part-time basis. This role will support our physicians in delivering high-quality reproductive care while managing and coordinating third-party reproduction cases. The ideal candidate brings prior experience in OBGYN or fertility, strong clinical judgment, and a commitment to compassionate, patient-centered care.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist physicians with patient consultations, examinations, and fertility procedures
- Manage and coordinate third-party reproduction cases (e.g., surrogacy, egg donation)
- Review patient histories, lab results, and diagnostic imaging to support treatment plans
- Provide patient education on fertility treatments, medications, and care plans
- Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to ensure seamless patient experience
- Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation in EMR systems
- Support care coordination across both Beverly Hills and Thousand Oaks locations
Qualifications & Requirements
- Active Physician Assistant license in the state of California
- Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant program
- Prior experience in OBGYN or fertility medicine (required)
- Strong understanding of reproductive health, fertility treatments, and patient care protocols
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced clinical environment
- Flexibility to work across both clinic locations as needed
Preferred Attributes
- Experience with third-party reproduction case management
- Familiarity with fertility EMR systems and treatment protocols
- Passion for women’s health and reproductive medicine
- Ability to build trust and rapport with patients navigating complex fertility journeys
