Overview:
We are seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our growing healthcare team. This role is ideal for a motivated provider who values high-quality patient care, strong clinical judgment, and a collaborative work environment.
Responsibilities:
- Perform comprehensive patient evaluations and physical examinations
- Document accurately using Practice Fusion (EHR)
- Develop and manage patient care plans in collaboration with physicians
- Support care coordination and follow-up planning
- Participate in utilization review to ensure appropriate and efficient care
Qualifications:
- Licensed Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant (active state license required)
- NP or PA certification required
- Strong clinical and diagnostic skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
