Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant to join our team at a busy primary care clinic. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing high-quality healthcare to adult and geriatric patient population. As a key member of our team, you will work collaboratively with physicians and other healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive care to our patients.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct patient assessments, including medical history, physical examinations, and review of symptoms.
- Order and interpret diagnostic tests, such as lab work and imaging studies.
- Develop and implement treatment plans, including prescribing medications and other therapies.
- Provide patient education on disease prevention, health promotion, and treatment options.
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and holistic care for patients.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records for all patients.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes.
- Adhere to all regulatory requirements and clinic policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
- Current Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant license in CA.
- Certification from an accredited Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant program.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong clinical judgment and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: $138,340.00 – $154,330.00 per year
