Full Job Description
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Bilingual (Spanish) – PREFERRED
- Experience in PEDIATRICS is a PLUS.
- Obtains a relevant health and medical history.
- Performs a physical examination based on age and history and dictates a progress note if needed with the appropriate physicians.
- Performs and/or orders preventive and diagnostic procedures based on the patient’s age and history.
- Identifies health and medical risk factors.
- Provide health education, referrals to other disciplines, and consultation with other allied health personnel.
- For a new office location in Victorville, CA that we are looking to staff!
Education:
- Valid Nurse Practitioner and Registered Nurse License in the state of California.
- Certified Physician Assistant.
- DEA certificate
- CPR Certification
Skills/Experience:
- A keen interest in helping the underserved population.
- Community Clinic/FQHC Experience a plus.
- Familiarity with ECW or other EMR systems.
Job Type: Part-time
Salary: From $75/hr to $90/hr
