A leading Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) serving communities throughout Los Angeles County is seeking an experienced and dedicated Women’s Health Physician Assistant to provide high-quality, patient-centered care in an outpatient primary care setting. Position Highlights: Full-time schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. Outpatient Women’s Health and primary care focus Provide care within a multidisciplinary team of physicians, APPs, dentists, behavioral health professionals, and support staff Serve a diverse patient population with a focus on improving access to quality healthcare Join an organization providing care to approximately 48,000 patients annually Manage a patient panel of 20–24 patients per day No night or weekend call Opportunities for professional growth and career advancement NHSC-approved site with federal and state loan repayment opportunities Requirements: Current Nurse Practitioner certification Master of Science (M.S.) degree Minimum one year of experience as a certified Physician Assistant (clinical rotations do not count toward required experience) Bilingual English/Spanish proficiency required, including the ability to complete full patient assessments without an interpreter Compensation & Benefits: Compensation: $80–$85/hour Competitive benefits package CME paid time off and stipend Malpractice coverage Loan repayment eligibility Supportive, mission-focused workplace culture Location & Lifestyle: Located in the South Bay region of Los Angeles County, this coastal community offers an ideal blend of urban convenience, beachside living, and year-round recreation.
