Experienced Cardiology Nurse Practitioner – Private Practice (Anaheim, CA)
We are seeking an experienced Cardiology Nurse Practitioner to join a well-established private practice in Anaheim, California. This role is ideal for a highly skilled, self-directed provider who is equally comfortable working independently and collaboratively alongside a cardiologist.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive care to patients with complex cardiovascular conditions
- Manage both cardiology and internal medicine patient needs
- Perform and interpret cardiac stress testing
- Develop and implement treatment plans, including medication management
- Educate patients and families on disease processes, prevention, and care plans
- Collaborate effectively with the cardiologist and clinical team
Qualifications:
- Nurse Practitioner with significant cardiology experience required
- Strong background in managing complex cardiac patients
- Solid knowledge of cardiovascular disease processes and pharmacology
- Experience in internal medicine highly preferred
- Proficient in performing stress tests
- Ability to work independently with confidence and sound clinical judgment
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus
