We are a specialty office working mainly with Neuropathy and leg/foot pain patients and IV wellness patients. We help treat the root cause and fix the their health issues as naturally as possible and see great results! Looking for an amazing new addition to our team!
Responsibilities: The NP or PA will be responsible for primarily completing HPI’s and initial intakes helping out with IV’s (only while in scottsdale).
Also may complete trigger point injections (lidocaine), small and large joint injections (knee, hip, should, wrists, ankles), Regenerative Medicine injections, blood draws and injections for PRP therapy- Platelet Rich Plasma. Allergy Immunotherapy treatments. (tests and injections)
Qualifications:
– State of Arizona licensed Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant
-CAQH already filled out
– Medicare Credentialed in AZ
– Experience as a NP/PA in a physical medicine/rehab, or pain management
– Must have an upbeat personality and a “can-do” attitude
– Must be trainable and willing to learn new things
– No opiates or drugs are dispensed in this facility
– no weekends, and no on-call required

Job Type: 8 hours week
Schedule : Tuesday in Sun City (10240 W. Bell Rd Suite F) 830am-5pm Dates are 5/5, 5/26, 6/16, 7/7, and 7/28 every 3 weeks consecutively into the future.
Thursdays : Thursdays in Scottsdale (7555 E. Osborn Rd Suite 104) 830am-5pm Dates are 5/14, 6/4, 6/25, 7/16, and 8/6 every 3 weeks consecutively into the future.
Training for the position will be done in our Main office in Scottsdale (7555 E Osborn Rd Suite 104) Anticipate 1 or 2 days training on documentaion, communication, and our EHR (clinicmind)
Salary: $70/hour – NP/PA position is a 1099 or W2 paid on the 5th and 20th of each month
We will train if no experience
