About the Role
Join an established, GYN practice in Scottsdale delivering care to patients ages 18-80. Enjoy 1:1 MA support, zero hospital rounding, and a true work-life balance where everyone leaves on time. Open to experienced APPs and sharp, fast-learning new grads.
Key Responsibilities
Comprehensive Primary Care: Specialized focus on comprehensive GYN care (annuals, breast exams, Pap smears, STDs/vaginal infections, hormone therapy, pelvic health, cancer diagnosis) alongside women’s endocrine care, thyroid management, and GLP-1 therapy.- In-office procedures: IUD/Nexplanon care, colposcopies, biopsies (vulvar/endometrial), SHGs, and pessary changes.
- Manage 16-20 patients per day with dedicated 1:1 MA assistance.
Qualifications
- Active NP or PA-C license.
- Experience in Women Health is highly preferred.
- Self-motivated quick learner; Spanish language skills are a plus.
- US work authorization required (no visa sponsorship).
Schedule & Perks
Hours: Mon-Thu 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM | Fri 7:30 AM – 2:30 PM (No regular call).
Pay: $105K-$110K (New Grads) | $115K+ (Experienced) + 15% productivity bonus.
